With over 26 years of diverse experience in civil engineering, team management, and global project coordination, Nitin Naik serves as a mentor in academic counseling, guiding students pursuing international studies. Nikhil Karve
With over 17 years in the IT industry, including more than a decade in management roles, Nikhil Karve leverages his expertise in leadership and strategic planning to mentor students in international academic counseling. His experience managing diverse teams across Europe and India, along with his role as Delivery Manager for a leading telecom provider in the Netherlands & UK, equips him to guide students through complex educational journeys. Nikhil helps students identify their aspirations and develop actionable roadmaps, drawing on insights from his work with multinational telecom companies.
